Once orders are shipped Kaolee Shop is not responsible for orders that go missing or have been stolen. If this so happens please contact us and we’ll give you a little discount for your next order.
I accept exchanges. Ship back costs will be covered by the customer. Kaolee Shop will cover the cost to ship the new item to the customer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized order
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale or clearance
Conditions of return or exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label, but will be deducted from your refund or charged to you. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs and tips are not eligible for refund.
